Most all condos have elevator access. There are a couple that do not; however for those condos, access is only one flight of stairs.
No. This is against fire code and very dangerous at a multi-family complex. There are over 10 charcoal/wood style grills located both along the river side as well as the street side of the complex that are available for use.
On summer weekends and holiday Mondays, the City of New Braunfels now requires a City-issued wristband to float the Comal River. If you rent a tube from an outfitter, the wristband is included. If you bring your own tube, you will need to go to the City kiosk at Hinman Island Park to purchase a wristband. River Run does NOT sell wristbands. During peak season, stay 2 week nights, get the 3rd night at 1/2 price. Discount applies to Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday check in days only.

The number of parking slots available is based on the size of the condo.
Rental of 1 bedroom condo = 1 Parking Tag; Rental of 2 bedroom condo = 2 Parking Tags; Rental of Large 2 or 3 bedroom condo = 3 Parking Tags
All vehicles parked inside the gate of the complex are required to have a parking tag hanging on rearview mirror while parked on property. If you have more cars than tags provided, you can check for available off-street parking located directly outside the gate in front of the complex; River Run complex side of the street only. Additional free city parking is located a few blocks over off of Sequin street close to the courthouse.
